Here’s what to expect:

        •       Start Date: Our school year begins in September 2025, but we have open enrollment all year since we only close for two weeks in the summer. Our start date for Eagle Creek Explorers Big Buddies Summer Camp (school-aged summer care) will start June 16th, and run until the end of summer. 

        •       Tours: Tours are currently being conducted. Please make sure to wear rain boots or shoes you don't mind getting dirty when touring since our outdoor space can get muddy. Thank you!

        •       Pre-Enrollment: If you are interested in a spot please fill out our pre-enrollment form. Colleen will contact families to schedule tours!

        •       Priority Enrollment: Priority will be given to full-time families. However, part-time spots may be available based on overall enrollment, so we encourage everyone to fill out the form.

        •       Waitlist: If spots fill up, you will have the option to be added to our ongoing waitlist.

        •       Enrollment Paperwork: Full enrollment paperwork will be completed via Brightwheel. A $100 enrollment fee is required to secure your spot.

  •       School Year Calendar:  Please check out our 2024-2025 school calendar to see important dates/closures.

        •       Gear List: A gear list will be provided in your full enrollment packet to ensure your child is comfortable during all-weather nature explorations.

Our program is designed for children aged 3-6 years old. We provide two largely organic, balanced snacks each day. At this time we do not provide lunch, and require parents to pack a lunch and water bottle for their child. Limited spaces are available to maintain low child-to-teacher ratios, with priority given to full-time students. Part-time spots may become available based on enrollment. We also accept ERDC.
